Felipe Tobar is a second-year Cultural heritage and society Master´s Degree student at the Univille University. He received a bachelor’s degree in Law from Univille University in 2014. He has written books and scientific articles in the Sports Law area and his current field placement is with the Joinville Esporte Clube, a national football team in Brazil, as an attorney-at-law. Tobar´s master research focuses why the game of football in Brazil, which is a shared space and popular ground, have never been nominated for the Cultural Heritage list. He also is interested in National Identity, Popular Culture, Sociologic and Anthropologic studies connected to Sport
